Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Wisdom Pioneering.
If the return policy provided in the product’s own return policy is different from this Return and Refund Policy, the information in the product’s own return policy shall govern. For specific return policies of each product, please refer to the product’s Shipping & Returns on each single product page.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or retain your payment up to 100%. No returns will be accepted without the prior approval issued by Wisdom Pioneering.
Return Products You Are Unsatisfied With
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product purchased from us, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date unless otherwise stated in the product’s own return policy. A restocking fee up to 20% may be applied at our discretion.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We do not accept products that are custom and personalized goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases either.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Defective Items
Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt and returned within 15 days of the delivery date unless otherwise indicated in the product’s own return policy. We will issue a refund or offer a replacement at no charge.
This defect-free product guarantee does not cover any damages caused by artificial factors. These artificial factors may include, but are not limited to, negligence, misuse, disassembly, abnormal use, accident, normal wear and tear, alteration to the finish, unofficial firmwares, and software modifications.
To complete your return of defective products, we require the following information:
- A short description of the problem occurred
- Some photos or a video of the issue
- A photo, video, or screenshot of the defective item
- Some photos of the front and back of the original packaging envelope or box
- Partial shipment slips (if applicable)
Items Damaged During Transit
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days from the delivery date and follow the procedure for the 15-day product guarantee. If you do not contact us within this time period, your damage claim may be denied by the carrier.
In some cases you will need to pay to ship the broken item back to us in order for us to send out a replacement item.
Return Wrong Items
If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with photos or videos of the different product. In some cases, if you would like to keep the wrong item, we will offer a discount for keeping it, and we will send the replacement product to you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.
There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned after the return guarantee period has expired.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If the returned product is used, damaged, opened or not in the original packaging, a credit will not be issued to you. You will also be responsible for paying all costs for the return of the item to you.
Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions before returning any items.
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are nonrefundable; however, we are happy to refund shipping only if we made an error with your order and sent you an incorrect item.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service for all returns and that you purchase shipping insurance; otherwise, you are responsible for damage or loss of products during return shipping.
After returning your items, please provide us with the tracking number of the returned package. If no tracking number is available, please provide a copy of the shipping receipt. If neither of them can be provided, we might have to delay product return processing until the package arrives at our warehouse.
We are not responsible for paying any customs fees for your return shipping.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Return and Refund Policy from time to time without notice in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
